Joseph Riggio, this path is unique in that it teaches you how to experience personal enlightenment but through a very somatic oriented process as opposed to a semantic one, which has tended to be the preferred method.
This methodology is based in the presupposition that since we are all in bodies while we are alive,
that accessing who we are when we are experiencing ourselves as the totality of who we are
must be accessible through a particular somatic confoguration.
The dance of the elements focuses on going directly through access points with minimal semantic
internvention and/or "explanation". After all, the reason we are looking for semantic "explanation"
is so we can make internal representations, which changes the
expereinces we have of ourtselves in our bodies, which can lead to these awarenessness.
So, the question becomes - why not just go directly there?
In addition, not only is the access quicker, the memory of how to access it... over and over again when
desired becomes easier because the learning goes directly into the body right from the start.
