Through the personal transformation looking glass...
In 1971 an organization started by Werner Erhardt (born Jack Rosenberg- origionally called
"est"-Latin for 'to be' and also short for 'Erhardt Seminars Training') brought and still brings
different vocabulary to ontological experiences to the Western world.
It provides an experience to the individual of "completing one's past" and what it is
like "coming from one's possibility" and explores this way of being in relationship to one's own experiences of
and interaction in the world with others.
Werner and his trainers were truely the first to bring an organized "westernized" way of orgainizing their trainings to make it possible for it's participants to have a pround experience of themselves.
The ability for people to, essentially in a weekend, experience a profound shift in how they perceive the world has chalenged many long terms notions of what is necessary to
have real personal transformation. It means that one does not have to meditate or reflect in some sort of quiet intrapersonal contemplation for years in order to "get it".
Principals and Personal Results
A fundamental principle of this personal-transformation-oriented organization is that people –
and the communities, organizations, and institutions with which they are engaged –
have the possibility not only of success, but also of fulfillment and greatness.
The ideas, insights, and distinctions on which it's programs are based make
it a leader and innovator in the field of training and development.
Thier web site has this to say about the results people get...
In research, graduates report permanent shifts in:
• The quality of their relationships.
• Their confidence in living.
• Their personal productivity.
